Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a pretty decent stay at the Riviera. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious, even though they showed some signs of wear. The pool area was nice for relaxing, but I did have some issues with the staff by the pool, who seemed quite unfriendly. Overall, it was good value for money, especially for Las Vegas, but don't expect a luxury experience.
The Riviera Hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, making it a decent place to crash after a long day on the strip. However, the service was disappointingly rude and unfriendly, which overshadowed my experience. While the location allows for easy access to various attractions, the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt quite dated and dreary, especially around the casino area.
I recently stayed at the Riviera hotel, and while I found some positives such as the renovated rooms and the affordable pricing, the overall experience was quite mixed. The location is decent, being close to the main attractions, but the hotel definitely shows its age. The dining at the buffet was enjoyable, and I loved the show I attended, but the customer service left a lot to be desired, which really put a damper on my stay.
My stay at Riviera was a mix of ups and downs. The location is decent, and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations. However, there were some issues with the room setup and customer service that made my experience less than ideal. While the amenities were enjoyable, the inconsistency in service was definitely a drawback.
My stay at the hotel started off on the wrong foot, beginning with an unclean room and an hour-long check-in process. Although I managed to get moved to a better room eventually, the overall experience left much to be desired. The casino was unwelcoming with dirty floors, and I had multiple frustrating encounters with hotel staff. The only redeeming aspect was a decent meal at the poolside café, but that wasn’t enough to make me consider returning.
